Three things you should know about costs:
- Depending on your main concern, multiple tests may be needed to determine the underlying cause and the possible options for treatment or management. Some might not be covered by your insurance plan.
- At the time of your appointment, you will be responsible for any co-pays, co-insurance, deductible, or non-covered services. Please be aware that despite our best efforts to estimate the cost to you, we do not really know your full coverage until we submit your claim, and the claim is processed.
- Charges do not equal reimbursement, insurance contract rates apply for covered services
- If you are uninsured, self-pay, or out of network, you can request prior to your appointment a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of our services based on your main concern.
