COVID-19 Telehealth Hearing Services

UPDATE March 22th: As of Today March 22nd, the American Academy of Audiology asks audiology services to close for in-person appointments. However, please be assured that we are here to support you. During  COVID19 TELEHEALTH hearing services are available!

Thanks to telehealth we remain open to support hearing aid and cochlear implant users with troubleshooting and remote programming. We also have a drop-off system in place for repairs. So things have not changed much since our last update on March 20th

As of tomorrow March 23rd, we will provide the following services:

For our patients: We have telehealth ready, which means we can connect through video conference. This makes troubleshooting a lot easier. So if you are a hearing aid or cochlear implant user who needs help, please contact us at 312-643-0717 or by email alejandra@chicagohearingcare.com. We can help you troubleshoot problems remotely, and if needed, we can assist you with repairs with a drop-off system. We are assessing repairs on a case by case basis.

For new patients: We are here to help you address your hearing concerns. At this time we can help answering any questions you may have about hearing loss, appointments, hearing aids, etc. We have many resources ready to help you start the road to better hearing. Just call or email us! We will be happy to e-meet you through our telehealth resources until we can meet you in person. We appreciate your patience and we look forward to meeting you soon.

Stay home, safe, and healthy!

Warmest regards,

Alejandra Ullauri, Au.D.
