COVID19 TELEHEALTH HEARING SERVICES
March 22, 2020

COVID-19 UPDATE | March 20th | Telehealth

We continue to monitor CDC, local government, and professional academies recommendations.
From our last update on Monday 16th, our practice activities have slowed down significantly. However, we remain answering calls, helping solve technical issues, and supporting our patients urgent hearing needs.

As of today, we are providing the following services:

For our patients: We have telehealth ready, which means we can connect through video conference. This makes troubleshooting a lot easier. So if you are a hearing aid or cochlear implant user who needs urgent repairs, please contact us at 312-643-0717 or by email alejandra@chicagohearingcare.com. We can help you troubleshoot problems remotely, and if needed, we can assist you with repairs. We are assessing repairs on a case by case basis.

For new patients: We are here to help you address your hearing concerns. At this time we can help answering any questions you may have about hearing loss, appointments, hearing aids, etc. We have many resources ready to help you start the road to better hearing. Just call or email us! We will be happy to e-meet you through our telehealth resources until we can meet you in person. We appreciate your patience and we look forward to meeting you soon.

If your physician has sent us a referral please know that we are working closely with primary care physicians to address specific needs of new referrals during COVID-19 pandemic.

Please be aware that SERVICES MIGHT CHANGE based on CDC and local government guidelines.

Stay home, safe, and healthy!

Warmest regards,

Alejandra Ullauri, Au.D.
